Manoj Dayal (35), a resident of Gayatri Nagar in Bareilly, used to work in Noida. When the work stopped in the lockdown, he came back to Bareilly. A few days ago, his wife had gone to her maternal home after fighting. The children of 4 and 6 years were left with the husband. After this Manoj committed suicide by hanging himself. The matter came to light when her children asked for food from the neighbors.
Crying children were asking neighbors for food, people asked if no one was at home? So the children told that there is no mother, Papa is hanging from the pool. We are very hungry. When the neighbors peeped through the window, Manoj's body was hanging from the noose.

NGO Hand for Health has rescued 6 people of a family from Nagla Mandir area of Aligarh. He was suffering from hunger for 15 days. The organization found a woman and 5 children scurrying at home. The girl's name is Guddi Devi. Her husband Bijendra Kumar had died a few years back.
She was taking care of her 5 children by working as a labor, but due to the lockdown, her employment was lost. Somehow, for a few days, the woman took care of the household expenses. Then when the money ran out, the children were fed for a few days after asking from the people nearby, but later the people around also refused to help. After this the people of the house did not eat anything.
There was not enough strength left in these people to speak anything. On seeing the people of the organization, everyone started crying. All were immediately admitted to the hospital with the help of police and administration. On the other hand, the DM has ordered action against the village head and ration dealer of Nagla temple.
