Akhand Bharat : Pakistan And Bangladesh in India Map?

 

Indore [ANI] A dispute erupted over the map of Akhand Bharat at Footi Kothi, a main square in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. Actually in this map countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan are shown as part of India. Congress has objected to the map put up by Indore Municipal Corporation.

The party believes this will have an impact on foreign policy and may even lead to conflicts with other countries. Talking to ANI, Congress state spokesperson Amin-ul-Khan Suri said, "The way the Municipal Corporation has prepared the map of Akhand Bharat, we want to ask whether there has been any change in foreign policy. Countries which are shown in Indian territory, will this not affect friendly relations?

The Congress leader alleged that the Municipal Corporation officials made this map to please their RSS masters. "The government should clarify what is the purpose behind putting up such a map," Suri said. The RSS's vision of Akhand Bharat is shown in this map. It was Hedgewar's dream. Afghanistan, Pakistan, Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal, Burma, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka are shown as part of Akhand Bharat, in that order. Municipal officers do this to please their RSS masters.

Meanwhile, BJP MP from Indore Lok Sabha constituency Shankar Lalwani said that when India was united, all these countries were on the map of India. Lalwani said, 'This map can be anyone's imagination that in future the form of India will be the same as before. I do not know who made the map, but one thing is for sure that India's borders were very far in the past. Indore Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Sandeep Soni said about the map of Akhand Bharat and said that this map is about two years old. Footi Kothi Chowk was redeveloped with the theme of the Vedic period, this map must have been put up at that time itself.
