Sultan said - the deal is valid, not against the temple, but a supporter of harmony
Sultan Ansari, who had given the land of Bagh Bijesar to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, had a special conversation with Bhaskar. He told that he is not absconding, but is completely safe in Ayodhya. Sultan said that the land given to the trust should be The amount of 18 crore and fifty lakhs taken by me in the deed and me is completely valid. This amount is very less according to the market value of that land.
Both the witnesses denied any scam
Dr. Anil Mishra, a witness to this well-known land auction and a member of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that there is complete transparency in the land purchased and only confusion is being spread about it. Those who were earlier doing politics by raising questions about the existence of Ram Janmabhoomi, now the same people are doing cheap politics with the aim of obstructing the construction of Ram temple, crores of Ram devotees will never forgive such people.
Another witness Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay said that 100 Biswa land was purchased for 18 crore fifty lakh rupees, while there is land worth 20 to 40 lakh Biswa in the market. He said that the main gate of Ayodhya railway station would be located around the purchased land. Because of this, the land there is somewhat valuable. He said that the general secretary of the trust, Champat Rai has expressed the whole situation and all the allegations leveled against the trust are completely baseless.
What is the dispute over land purchase?
In fact, AAP's Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh and Pawan Pandey, who was a minister in the previous Samajwadi Party government, have alleged that Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Nyas, bought land worth Rs 2 crore for Rs 18.5 crore.
